 WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Following position is to be filled up on purely temporary, ad hoc and contractual basis in Delhi which is coterminus with the three year project entitled “Studies on distribution and biological characteristics of the members of Fluviatilis-Minimus group for effective vector control strategies in tribal areas of India”.

Senior Research Fellow (One) – On a  salary of Rs.14000/-p.m. + HRA

Essential Qualification : M.Sc. in Life Sciences with two years of research experience

Desirable : Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in vector biology/molecular biology

Age : Not more than 35 years (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. rules)

The post is field oriented; the selected candidate will be frequently required to visit field area. Eligible candidates may walk for an interview on 04.09.2009 at 10. A.M. at the Institute.  Photocopies of the certificates and originals are required for verification. NOC is required from employer if employed. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. The Director (In-Charge) is authorized to terminate the fellowship prior to tenure, without assigning any reason.
