Construction of the Research Block of National Institute of Malaria Research at Dwarka, New Delhi.
 

Award of Work.
 

This has reference to the Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT) for construction of Malaria Research Centre Building (now renamed as National Institute of Malaria Research) published on 15 July 2005. As per the approval of ICMR the construction work of the Research Block of National Institute of Malaria Research at Dwarka, New Delhi has been awarded to the L-1 bidder M/s. Rajasthan State Road Development and Construction Corporation Limited, Setu Bhawan, Jaipur – 302004, (A Rajasthan Govt. Undertaking) at the tendered price (after discount) of Rs.14,17,25,233.00/- (Rupees Fourteen Crores Seventeen Lakhs Twenty Five Thousands Two Hundred Thirty Three only). The letter of acceptance was issued to M/s. RSRDCCL on 6th January, 2006. As per the conditions of the contract an agreement between the Employer (NIMR) and the Contractor (M/s. RSRDCCL) was signed on 2nd February, 2006. The Construction of Research Block is to be completed within 17 months.
